• Content you created: question banks, assessments, and uploaded materials.
• Usage logs and session data.
• Support conversation history.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@parikshanai.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include:

• The email address or phone number associated with your account.
• A brief description of what you would like deleted (account + all data, or specific data).

What happens next

• We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
• We will verify your identity before processing the deletion.
• Deletion will be completed within 30 days of verification.
• You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Exceptions

Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance), or where necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms of Service. We will inform you if any exception applies to your request.
